Golf tourney for juniors The Fraser Valley Junior Coif Tournament has stops at Aquadel Golf Course Aug. 8, Meadowlands Golf Course Aug.

9, Chilliwack Golf and Country Club Aug. 10, and Royalwood Golf Course Aug. 11. Players must be 1 1 -years-old, and no older than 17-years, by Aug. 8.

U-21 soccer players needed The Chilliwack Youth Soccer Association is looking for interested male players to play on the newly formed U-21 team. Players born between 1986 and 1988 interested in trying out for this team should contact the CYSA at: info chilliwackyouthsoccer.com. Pickle Ball The Chilliwack Parks and Recreation Department has recently marked courts at Cornwall Cr. Park. If you are interested in learning more about pickle ball, which is growing in popularity among seniors, call Carol at 604-792-5880.

Youth tennis camps Chilliwack Community Tennis will host a youth outdoor tennis camp at the Twin Rinks courts for advanced players ages 10-15 years Aug. 14-18. Instructors Francois Najda and Greg Nelmes will teach basic strokes, ball control, footwork, and general tennis concepts, with an emphasis on sportsmanship and having fun. The cost is $65.
