SULLIVAN Peter Gerald p.m. has a 22-voice repertoire ranging from Tom Brokaw and Peter Graves to political figures like Preston Manning, Joe Clark and Henry Kissinger. Piel, who been doing vocal impressions for the past 20 years, is best known for his impression of the late Wolfman Jack which is renowned in Canada. Alex was born in Winnipeg in 1929, and moved to Greendale in 1939. He remained in the AbbotsfordChilliwack area for the rest of his life. Alex will be remembered by some for his ability both as a coach and player on the ball diamonds and soccer fields, others for his participation in curling, and still others for his love of golf, and most, Alex will be remembered by all who knew him for his big heart, his kind manner, and his strong family values. Memorial service for Alex will be held on December 9, 1997 at 2 p.m. at Henderson's Funeral Home in Abbotsford.

In lieu of flowers, donations be made to the Canadian Cancer Society. KIPP Carl Benwell Carl Benwell Kipp, aged 84 years of Grand Forks, formerly of Chilliwack, passed away peacefully Saturday, Dec. 6, 1997 in Grand Forks. He was born April 29, 1913 in Vancouver, the son of Arthur and Maude Kipp. He spent most of his life in Chilliwack.

passed away December 2, 1997 In Chilliwack General Hospital, age 93. He was born September 12, MclNTYRE 1904 in Ladner, and had lived in this area for 92 years. Dick lived on McGuire Rd. for 92 years. He was a dairy farmer and a longtime member of both the FVMPA and the Chilliwack Ploughing Association.

He was a strong supporter of first the CCF, and later the NDP. After he retired Dick and Vera enjoyed travelling across Canada and to Europe, Asia and Cuba. He also enjoyed gardening, carpet bowling, watching baseball, and playing cards. A good friend and neighbour to all who knew him Funeral service was held at the chapel of Henderson's Funeral Home on Friday, Dec. 5, 1997 at 1 p.m.

Rev. Laura Turnbull officiated. Cremation, Valley Crematorium. He is survived by five nieces, Anne Knowlan, Linda Long-ridge, Joan Anderson, Sharon Rusnlck, and Irene Toews; and one nephew Glen Laughlin, and their families. He was predeceased by his wife Vera In 1992.

He continued to work as a civilian employee at D.N.D. and retired in 1992. Peter loved fishing, travelling, and woodworking. He was a member of the Royal Canadian Legion Branch 4, Chilliwack, also the DEE WHY RSL, Sydney, Australia. Requiem Mass was celebrated Saturday, Dec.

6, 1997 at 10 a.m. at St. Mary's R.C. Church, Fr. Gary Gordon celebrant.

Casket bearers: Barry Steven Sullivan, David William Cumberland, Hasmat All, Mohammed Izaz Intiaz Hussain, Mohammed llias Khan, and Abdul Nazeem (Ishaaq). He is survived by his wife Rleko; children, Francis Sullivan of Cultus Lake, and Barry (Farida) Sullivan of Vancouver. Also survived by grandchildren Farzaana and Farhan; brothers, John (June) of Kelso, N.S.W. Australia, and Pat (Shirley) of Bathurst, Australia; sister Anne (Stan) Miskiewlcz of Lithgow, N.S.W. WALTER Philip Gordon 'Phil' Philip Gordon Walter passed away suddenly at home on November 20, 1997 In Fort Asslnlbolne, at the age of 46. He was born November 17, 1951 In Whltehorse, Y.T.

He attended school In Chilliwack graduating from Chilliwack Senior Secondary School in 1 969. He had worked for CHWK Radio station and Johns Electronics. He then moved to Calgary where he and Bonnie Becker were married. They went from there for him to work on dairy farms north of Edmonton, until they bought a quarter section to start an elk farming operation and became very involved with other elk farmers In Alberta, Saskatchewan, Manitoba, and several states jn the United States. He was one of the partners of Borealls Satellite System In the northern part of Alberta for a number of years.

The family became very Involved with the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints In Barrhead, Alta. Phil Is survived by his wife, Bonnie; his daughters, Aliisa and Gabrlelle; his mother Audrey Walter and brother Ralph of Chilliwack; sisters Kathy Renouf of Rosedale, Mary (David) Sarnecki of Bluff-ton, and Janeen (Jim) Wallner of Rlvercourse, his father Don (Jackie) of Tor-rlngton, mother-in-law Margaret Becker of Vancouver; sister-in-law Barbara (Joe) and Jennifer of Richmond; aunt Ruth (Cec) Atkins of Calgary, uncle Rex (Jean) Rundle of Aldergrove; uncle George (Caroline) Loveseth of Oliver; aunt Lillian (Bill) Dunkerley of Penhold, as well as numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, and many friends In Chilliwack, and British Columbia, and Alberta. Phil was predeceased by his grandparents Arthur and Nellie Rundle; and aunt Beatrice Loveseth. The funeral service was held on Monday, Nov. 24, 1997 at the Latter Day Saints Church in Barrhead, Alta.
