The novelties were voted upon by members; the mosl popular was made by Mrs. Knowlton, who received the prize donated by Mrs. C. Brannick. Fourteen members were present and Mrs.

McCormack's name was added to the other four representatives on the Council of Women. Members volunteered I make the necessary contributions to complete the gar ments, sealers of fruit and vegetables needed for the East Chilliwack Wl section at the Agricultural Fair. A letter was read from Mrs. John Kirkness, president of Chilliwack Hospital Auxiliary, requesting help during the first day of the Fair for fair meals, and donations to the meals. Mrs.
