ROSETTA TRETHEWEY Rosetta May Trethewey, of 2174 Gurnsey Street, Victoria, died June 30 at Victoria General Hospital at age 83. A former Chilliwack resident for six years, she moved to Victoria four years ago. Prior to living in Chilliwack, she lived in Victoria and Windermere. She is survived by her son Lloyd, Ashcroft; five daughers, Mrs. J. (Roberta) Shibley, Cran-brook, Mrs. S. (Ellen) Turner, Victoria, Mrs. F. (Grace) Fairhurst, Victoria, Mrs. E. (Er-na) Wonnacott, Cranbrook and Mrs. A. (Evelyn) Kinsey, Invermere; 18 grandchildren; 26 great-grandchildren; two sisters, Mrs. J. Pearce, Victoria and Mrs. Darcy Morrow, Agassiz. Her husband Ernest died in 1975. Funeral service was held Monday at Henderson's Funeral Chapel with Rev. J. T. Horricks officiating. Interment followed in IOOF cemetery. Pallbearers were Ed Wonnacott, Frank Turner, Jack Shibley, Frank Fairhurst, Allan Kinsey and Jim Trethewey.
